- Session recordings: only where explicit written consent has been given by the parent or guardian in advance. Recordings are used solely for educational review and are not shared with third parties.
How we use your data
We use personal data to:
- Manage bookings and consultations
- Deliver tutoring sessions and track student progress
- Send programme updates and session summaries to parents
- Process payments securely through Stripe
- Comply with our legal obligations
We do not sell personal data to third parties. We do not use personal data for advertising purposes.
Lawful basis
We process personal data on the basis of contract performance (delivering the tutoring service you have engaged us for) and legitimate interests (communicating with parents about their child's progress). Where consent is required, such as for session recordings, we obtain it explicitly before any recording takes place.

We retain personal data for as long as the tutoring relationship is active and for up to two years afterwards, unless a shorter or longer period is required by law. Payment records are retained for six years in line with HMRC requirements.
